Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery costs vary depending on the weight, size and delivery destination of your order.

Within Tasmania – shipping costs will generally be between $5 – $15, but this will again be dependent on the size and weight of your order.

Some remote areas of Tasmania will attract higher fees (e.g. Strahan, Queenstown & Rosebery)

Shipping Interstate (Outside of Tasmania) – shipping costs can vary from $12 for smaller orders through to $100+ for large heavy orders to remote locations.

Once you have added your desired items to the shopping cart and have provided us with your shipping address, you will be given a shipping quote that is provided directly from our freight partner.

Items are shipped from our warehouse located in Glenorchy, Tasmania.

Tasmania delivery times:
Greater Hobart Area – 1 to 3 business days
Launceston & Devonport – 1 to 3 business days
Outside metro areas – 1 to 3 business days
Remote areas – 3 to 5 business days

Interstate delivery times:
Melbourne Area – 3 to 6 business days
Victora/Adelaide – 3 to 6 business days
Canberra/Sydney/Brisbane – 3 to 6 business days
Rest of Australia – 4 to 12 business days

Not at this stage. Online orders are handled separately from our local stores and are sent directly from the warehouse to your door.

No. Our online store only processes orders and payments for the Australian market.

We use Fastway Couriers for delivery of our orders and they do not provide a refrigerated service. As we can not guarantee a refrigerated product would arrive in good condition we do not offer these products for sale on our website. You can however purchase these products from one of our 11 stores statewide.

Product Returns

If you have any questions or concerns with the products you have purchased from Natures Works, please let us know as soon as possible so we can endeavour to sort it out promptly.

Our friendly staff will assist you in returning, exchanging or replacing the products in question as required or simply answer your question.

Please note: Requests for credits on orders received must be made within 24hrs of delivery of the order. All returns must be approved by Natures Works head office before the goods can be returned.

The goods must also be returned in clean, saleable condition and within the same packaging. Credits will be made after the product has been received and checked at the warehouse.

If your order is incorrect in anyway please also let us know as soon as possible and we will arrange to send you the missing items or arrange for return of items incorrectly sent.

Please ensure all returned items are unopened and packed securely. Please do not dispose of damaged stock until you have liaised with the Natures Works customer service team.

Payment & Pricing

Payments can be made using Visa, Mastercard or PayPal. Natures Works use PayPal as their payment gateway for all online transactions – A PayPal account is not required for payment with Visa or Mastercard.

Once you have confirmed the products in your shopping cart and completed the checkout process, you will be sent to PayPal to process your payment.

Once you have completed the checkout process on the Natures Works website you will then be sent to PayPal to complete payment for your order.

Once you have completed all steps on the PayPal website and your payment has been processed you will receive an order confirmation email from Natures Works as well as a payment confirmation from PayPal.

Receipt of these documents means that Natures Works has received and is processing your order.

Yes, all of our prices are in AUD and include 10% GST (where applicable). The shipping charge also includes a GST component of 10%.

The shopping cart summary will display the amount of GST that is payable on your order.
